Samtou Deal Triage is a private deal-review workflow operated by Mitou Nguyen.
Information accessed
With the operator's authorization, the workflow accesses the operator's Google Sheets data for the private deal-triage spreadsheet and uses Gmail only to send workflow emails from the operator's account.
How information is used
Google Sheets data is used only to score, record, and audit business-listing triage. Gmail access is used only to send the daily deal-triage status and decision emails requested by the operator.
Storage and sharing
Authorization credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager. Deal-triage state and audit data are stored in the operator's Google Cloud and Google Sheets environment. The workflow does not sell, rent, or share Google user data with third parties.
Access controls and deletion
The operator can revoke the workflow's Google access at any time from their Google Account permissions. The operator may request deletion of workflow data by contacting the address below.
